Unlimited phone access throughout your pregnancy, 3 prenatal visits, 24h on-call for your childbirth, 1-2h immediately postpartum support, 1 postpartum visit.
I’m proud to support families with Medi-Cal and certain commercial insurance plans.
However, coverage depends on your specific plan. Please reach out so we can check your coverage together.
There is no rush here! It really depends on you, your availability, and the questions you bring to me. I really love these opportunities to hear more from you and share experiences. It usually takes from 1.5 to 2 hours, but I could easily spend my whole day on this!
We’ll have deep conversations about birth physiology, pain, and fears. I help you understand your body and how it works hard and beautifully to bring your baby. That’s a special moment when we naturally open our hearts to see each other and be connected. I really want to hear everything you have to share. All about you, your feelings, questions, and insecurities in this moment of your life.
You can always reach me by phone. Any questions, concerns, or fears are welcome to put on the table and talk about.
Starting on your 37th week, I’ll stay on call 24 hours a day for you. Don’t hesitate to call me if you are starting your labor. I should be the first one to be called. Really! Believe me, at any time, if you feel something is happening, don’t call your midwife, doctor, or hospital please! I’m sure they are amazing, but the time to access them is different, and it can have a huge impact on your outcome. So, don’t worry, and call me.
When we understand that yes, it’s happening, I’ll meet you wherever you are.
Massages, Rebozo, Aromatherapy, and Exercises can be used as long as you need and desire. But honestly, the environment and the right mindset will be the key for good labor navigation through the changes, challenges, and delights of giving birth. And I’ll be there, holding your hand and making sure that you can!
It also includes 1–2 hours of immediate postpartum support to help you acclimate and guide you in any direction you need.
After your birth, I’ll stay close to you to be sure everything is going well and that the changes in your life are happening nicely and smoothly.
We’re going to have one meeting where you can count on me for tips for better recovery, support with breastfeeding challenges, emotional support, and help with your baby for any initial difficulty.
At that moment, I’m not going to solve all these problems. As a doula, I’m here to take care of your well-being and make sure everything is good for you. I won’t hesitate to recommend that you visit a specialist if it’s needed.
